Course Summary

The Graphic Design course is a short-term course designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to create effective, visually appealing, and engaging graphics for a variety of media. Participants will learn about designing for print and digital, how to use professional software in real-world applications, understand color theory and photo manipulation techniques, build an understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, grids, layout, and composition as well as exploring contemporary ideas in the practice.
